In 2000, Craig Markham earned a Law Enforcement and Investigations Certificate from Conestoga College. He worked full time and attended school part-time. After he graduated, he focused on building a career in law enforcement.
He went on to attend the Ontario Correctional Services College as well as the Ontario Police College. Throughout his career, he continued to enroll in training and educational courses in order to develop his knowledge and his skills as a law enforcement officer.

Craig Markham grew up in Ontario, Canada and was an athlete through high school. He played baseball, hockey, and judo on a competitive level. In 1993, he was a member of the Ontario National Baseball team. He helped his team make it to the nationals and take home the gold medal. Mr. Markham enjoyed staying active and participating in team sports.

Craig Markham worked in law enforcement for more than a decade before retiring. Craig Markham is an Ontario native and graduated from high school in 1995. He chose to put himself through college and worked full-time while he went to school. Between 1998 and 2000, he attended Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario. He earned a Law Enforcement and Investigations Certificate. In 2001, he attended the Ontario Correctional Services College and graduated from the program with honors. He worked as a correctional officer, before becoming a police constable. In 2002, he graduated from the Ontario Police College with a ninety-seven percent average. After developing his education, he launched his career as a police constable with the Waterloo Regional Police Service in Ontario Canada.
Working in law enforcement can be a fulfilling career. If you are interested in protecting others and supporting your community, you may consider building a career in law enforcement. You will have the opportunity to meet people throughout the community, and you will be able to provide them with services and protection. You may find that a career in law enforcement can help you develop a better understanding of people from different backgrounds.
Another reason to work in law enforcement is to develop a wide range of skills. Before you start your career, you will be required to go through training and to develop a specific set of skills. Throughout your career, you may have access to various training programs that can be applied to other fields as well. He developed an interest in the justice system at a young age and chose to pursue a career. “My time spent in college and as a Police Officer taught me the value of effective time management skills and I have relied on these skills throughout my professional career” says Craig Markham.
