How Craig Markham Began his Law Enforcement Training at Conestoga College

The Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning is where Craig Markham began his journey into Law Enforcement. In 1998, while still working full time with his father, Markham decided to follow his dream of becoming a Police Officer. He applied to and was accepted at the college, where he earned his Law Enforcement and Investigations Certificate in 2000. This school, which is located in Markham's hometown of Kitchener, Ontario, provided him with the broad scope of knowledge necessary to become an effective Police Officer. After studying for two years, he learned many new concepts that related to criminal justice and the society of Canada. Markham graduated with honors from the college.

Conestoga College was formed in 1967, and offers a wide range of study curricula for thousands of students each year. The college has a total of seven campuses, which offer full time and part time educational opportunities. Along with Law Enforcement education, Conestoga College provides students with schools for Business and Hospitality, Language and Communication Studies, Health and Life Sciences and Community Services, and Engineering and Information Technology. Students who attend the school may also choose to study a range of trades and apprenticeships in construction, industrial services, and motive power. With over forty-five thousand students and close to one hundred thousand alumni, the college is well known and respected in the region. Craig Markham recommends Conestoga College to anyone who wishes to earn a well-rounded education.
